Verify your account and create a listingFirst create your profile, verify your payout through Stripe, and then publish your first race entry listing.
Why is verification required?Verification is handled securely directly by Stripe and is a standard legal step for payouts on marketplace platforms. The same type of verification is used by services such as Airbnb, Vinted, and Uber. RunResell does not store your documents or bank details.

Find your raceChoose the entry you want to run. After clicking Buy, it is reserved for 10 minutes so you can complete payment.

Wait for paymentWhen the buyer pays, the entry is reserved and the money is securely held via Stripe until the transfer is completed.

Pay safelyPayment is processed by Stripe and held securely. If the seller does not deliver valid documents or transfer fails, you are refunded.

Upload documentsAfter payment you have 2 days to upload all documents needed for preregistration. Complete files help avoid delays.

Wait for documentsThe seller has 2 days to upload documents. Check them carefully and ask the seller to add anything missing.

Help with transferStay available and add missing documents if the buyer asks, so they can finish preregistration with the organizer.

Complete the transferYou have 3 days to finish preregistration with the organizer. If a required document is missing, contact the seller immediately.

Buyer completes transferThe buyer has 3 days to complete preregistration and confirm the transfer, or report an issue if something is wrong.

Confirm or reportConfirm when the transfer is complete. If something is wrong, report an issue within 3 days.

Dispute supportIf an issue is reported, admin reviews documents, messages and evidence from both sides before deciding.

Get paidAfter confirmation your payout is released and sent within 5 days. During a dispute, payout stays on hold.

Completed or refundedIf the transfer is completed, the seller is paid. If documents are missing or transfer fails, your payment is refunded.
🔒 Payment is securely held through Stripe until the transfer is confirmed or the case is resolved.
Problem resolution

If the race entry is invalid, fake, or cannot be transferred, first contact the other side and try to resolve it directly.

Buyer should contact the seller first. Seller should contact the buyer first.

If the issue cannot be resolved, or if you suspect fraud, use “Report issue”.

Our team will review the case, request documents, and decide the next steps. If the transfer cannot be completed or rules were violated, we will ensure a fair resolution, including a refund when appropriate.
