RunResell.com processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Czech law.

The controller is Jan Trčka, Cíglerova 1084/20, 198 00 Prague 9, Czech Republic, Company ID 07048742, e-mail info@runresell.com.

We process account data, contact details, listing and transaction information, payment status information, communication, dispute evidence, technical logs and cookie identifiers.

We use this data to operate the marketplace, create and manage listings, enable purchases and transfers of registrations, process payments via Stripe, prevent fraud, provide customer support, handle disputes, comply with legal obligations and improve the service.

Payments are processed by Stripe. RunResell does not store full card numbers, identity documents or bank account documents used for Stripe verification. Stripe may process payment and verification data according to its own terms and privacy documentation.

We may use Google Analytics and similar tools to understand how the website is used. Analytical cookies are used only according to the cookie consent settings where required.

Personal data may be shared with payment providers, hosting providers, analytics providers, e-mail providers, legal/accounting advisers and public authorities where required by law or necessary to protect rights, prevent fraud or ensure platform security.

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose of processing, contractual obligations, accounting and tax duties, legal claims and fraud prevention.

Users have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
